Dear Therapist, Carer or anyone witnessing the emotional pain & suffering of a client or another person such as friend or family member who you are supporting through a difficult time.
You are invited to take a breath, to stop and to notice how you are feeling right now. Settle in and spend 20 minutes doing this compassion-based exercise with Dr Gemma Gladstone as she guides you through a journey of loving-kindness towards both yourself and the person you are choosing to focus on.
This meditation can be done at any time of the day, but you might find it particularly beneficial at the end of the day or before you go to sleep at night.
